The Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) is a Spanish public organisation, under the Ministry of Science and Innovation, whose objective is to help Spanish companies to increase their technological profile. It is a state-owned company, and, established in 1977, has financed more than 15,000 technology development projects so far.

The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation (DASTI) was established in response to a significant increase in public sector investments in research and development, which placed great demands on the authorities tasked with administrating the funds. A key challenge for the Agency lies in translating the high political prioritisation of research and innovation into growth, prosperity and cultural development in Denmark.

Enterprise Estonia’s mission is to increase public welfare by strengthening competitiveness of Estonian enterprises and promoting Estonia’s business climate. Enterprise Estonia was founded on 1st of January 2001 by combining five different public service agencies into a single organisation. From March 2004 it is also responsible for implementing the enterprise support part of the EU Structural Funds in Estonia.

The Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) offers advice, support and promotion for research and innovation projects. In this way, the FFG plays an important role in achieving aims, both research and political, defined by Austria and the European Union.

MATIMOP, the executive agency of the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor of Israel (OCS), is the official National Agency for industrial R&D cooperation. MATIMOP promotes highly supportive national policies to build Israel's industrial infrastructure and nurture industrial innovation and entrepreneurship.

The National Agency for Innovation has been formally created in 2006 from the Italian Government. It is the operative tool of the Ministry for Innovation (which, together with the Ministry for the Economic Development, defines the policies and strategies at national level); this puts the Agency in the position of having a real connection with innovation and research operators. Its main role is the one of working as a tool to foster cluster’s competitiveness by spreading new technologies and their industrial applications.

NL Innovation is a division of the greater Agency NL, an agency of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. NL Innovation used to be a directorate of SenterNovem. Per January 1 2010 it is a division of Agency NL, which also includes the Patent Registration and the International Business agencies. We promote sustainable development and innovation, both within the Netherlands and abroad. We aim to achieve tangible results that have a positive effect on the economy and on society as a whole.

The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development  is a government agency  subordinated to the Minister of Economy. PARP was established with the task to implement entrepreneurship support instruments, with particular consideration given to needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). PARP is one of the public institutions responsible for the implementation of measures co-financed by the EU Structural Funds in Poland. According to our  mission, the Agency has been supporting entrepreneurs in the implementation of competitive and innovative projects for over a decade. PARP implements measures related to human resources development, exports increase, promotion of Poland abroad and the application of new technologies. The definite majority of PARP activities are addressed at small and medium-sized enterprises.

Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, is the main public organization for research, development and innovation in Finland. Tekes provides funding for innovative projects aimed at generating new know-how and new kinds of products, processes and service or business concepts. The aim is to renew industries, increase value added and productivity, improve the quality of working life as well as boost exports and generate employment and wellbeing.

The Slovenian Technology Agency (hereinafter TIA) is a public agency of the Republic of Slovenia that carries out the expert development and executive tasks which are supposed to advance the technological development and innovation in accordance with the adopted national research and development program and other national programmes supporting enterprises and competition.

TTGV was founded in June 1991 by the joint efforts of private sector companies, public institutions, umbrella organizations and individuals through a loan agreement signed between the Turkish Government and the World Bank. It is a non-profit organization established by law and operates to improve Turkey’s competitive position in the international markets through supporting R&D activities of private sector firms.
